Can we view the facilities before signing a contract?
The facility is available for viewing by appointment.
What is the production lead time for first orders?
The lead time is 4–6 weeks upon receipt of all production components.
What is the production lead time for re-orders?
The approximate lead time is 4 weeks.
Can I supply my own raw materials?
Raw materials can be supplied if it adheres to all relevant requirements. No banned substances are accepted.
Do you provide product samples?
Product samples are done based on the product brief received from the client, and a tasting session is arranged accordingly.
Which forms of payment do you accept?
We accept electronic funds transfers (EFTs).
What is the minimum order quantity for custom formulations?
The quantity depends on the product type and batch blend size.
How do you ship the final products?
The product is done on an ex-works (EXW) basis. Please note that an ex-works basis is a shipping arrangement from a specific location. Collection is therefore from Globepak.
